    hi new here so plz be gentle with me 🙂 i have a zanussi aquacycle essential zwf1421w and all of a sudden im getting washing powder left on all clothes so tried putting on hotter wash and it seems the water isnt heating up it is a washer that only has one pipe for the water so no its nothing to do with the pipe anyone know wots wrong with it ?

    Detergent left on clothes is often a motor or drain issue, rather than a heat one. Water levels in modern machibne are often so low on wash that detecting heat is very difficult.

    Put the machine on a rinse cycle and observe whether or not the drum is turning smoothly in both directlons. Check the filter as well.

    i did put it on a rinse several times drum is going fine and emptying ok as well tried putting it on a boil wash just to see if that would heat up but again stone cold usually it would heat the water for a while but never did ?
