    My accountant has advised me again same as last year i would be better of being a PLC, all i want is to work and make money but i dont know what to do for the best anybody else had this advice and regretted it JJ.

    Hi Johnny, DONT do it 😈
    My accountant talked me into it a few years back and what a hassel it was.
    We had accounts to lodge at companies house, corperation tax and a hole host of red tape.

    My advice is to work away the way you are, the only person it helps is the accountant.

    I returned to being a sole traderafter two years of being ltd.

    Thanks for the advice John, i was thinking the same i’d have to change all my accounts etc seems a hell of a hassle just to save some tax, JJ
