I’ve got the same problem with my dishwasher (same model) not cleaning and have read all the advice given. But (call me daft) I can’t suss out how to get the top off to get the side panel off? Would be grateful for a little assistance to get me started. Cheers

Nelly, start with the basics and put up the model number of your appliance and a brief outline of your problem.
The forum is quite dynamic, so without posting a link to the thread you’re refering to, we haven’t much chance of helping you.
Most modern Bosch machine’s lids are retained by two latches at the rear – lift the latch and push the lid back. A fair amount of force may be required.
