I previously resoldered the contact at the relay (part # js1-b-12v-f-h111) and it worked for about 2 months – but now I think the relay or the heater may be busted.

Any advice on an easy way to test the impedance of the heater – I assume that it is connected to the circuit board – so I should be able to masure it here, if I know which cables / terminals it is connected to.

Similarly – easy way to check the relay – other than taking it out and putting 12V across the coil?

Finally, do you keep these parts in stock?

    Tanks and Merry Christmas….

Element should read c.25ohms. Best access it as there is no direct feed on one side.

Relay is not a spare part – pcb is. Relay could be sourced through Radio Spares, Maplins and the like.

Do you have to access it from the back of the machine? Or where is the easiest way to access the heater?
