    Got a call from a customer who has a broken inner door glass on this intergrated oven. They said all they had was the fitting instructions which had several model numbers on it, one being HJA3240. On connect this comes up as a Beko, is this correct.

    Yes the HJA 3240 is made by Beko. You need to get the customer to get the model info off the appliance as the instruction book cover several appliances and manufactures.
