    Hi all, I have a call to this DW tommorow, the cm says the machine fills up then stops and does nothing, no fault codes are displayed? I dont do many Hotpoint DW’s so any advice would be appreciated.

    Also is there any access to the machine from front or is it a removal job?

    Sounds like a wash pump fault, duff motor, faulty capacitor or something in it jamming the impellor, JJ

    2covers behind kick strip removal can check water in base also motor plug can access if your lucky to be honest get it out drop base 3screw front and back dead easy tip on to left side put some towels down you can then access everything
