I have a CDA CL 592 WH (washer dryer) and first had a problem when there was some serious flooding at the rinse point in the cycle. I emptied it and tried a cycle from scratch and it flooded right from the start. No water seems to enter the drum at all. I was thinking it’s a possible powder blockage. I took off the top, but because of the dryer mechanism the insides are very cluttered and hard to access.

I have a landlord and have contacted him, he suggested the problem was tissue left in pockets (basically trying to pin the blame on me), is that a possibility? And is there any way I can sort this out? I would wait for the LL to fix it, but It’s christmas and I need to wash stuff.

CI592 – Siltal-built machine. Soap hose has almost certainly pulled off the drum. It’s a grommet fitting with a lock ring fitted internally which will need pushing home to lock the hose back on place.

    Power off first.

right, Think I’ll leave that to a professional since it looks like it’ll need some dismantling. Can’t access anything from the top.
