    About two years old, Miele W1613, customer has damaged door seal. Connect do not list it, anywhere else before I go to Miele.

    Tried that first Mike but thanks anyway.

    Phoned customer back as machine is about two years old and asked her to check how long her guarantee was on this machine.

    Although damage to seal was caused by customer and not covered by guarantee I do not want to invalidate it.

    She will get back to me.
