    hi,
    NN-E273S

    when you try to program the microwave for say, 2 minutes , instead of diplaying the correct time it displays 20 minutes.
    and if you press cancel it actually starts the microwave cooking.
    it’s as if all the programming commands are incorrect.
    any suggestions any one?

    I believe this is one of the Haier models, probably not worth repairing.

    Have you tried cleaning the connections on the fascia panel?
