    Hello,

we have just installed a neff series 3 b15p42 oven and I don’t think it’s working correctly.

The fan oven part (circotherm) doesn’t seem to have a blast furnace heat as I’ve normally associated with fan ovens. we cooked a pizza in there last night, on the 2nd shelf down, with circotherm, 200C and it took 20 minutes and the middle wasn’t crispy.

I made a sponge cake and used the conventional oven function and it didn’t rise quite as much as I expected and it took longer to cook than I’m used to.

The turkey on Christmas day took longer too. 160C on circotherm for 5.5kg took almost 4 hours

I know it’s best to get an oven thermometer to check the temperature accurately but is this normal for neff ovens? It’s hardwired and only been used a month.

I spent a lot of money on this oven and I’m disappointed with it so far. 🙁

Are you using shelf position 2? (second one up)
