Has anyone here done contract work for these people? I went to a Zanussi washer yesterday and the customer explained it is under extended warranty but she called me as I could provide prompt service. The machine was bought from Kays catalogue. When it went wrong the repair job was given to a firm in Aberdeen. They have refused to come out to it as it’s outside their patch. The customer has now been told to just order a new machine as there is no engineer available! I’m wondering if I should offer my services to SDGFS?
