Yeah I know its a board fault already but I’m asking anyway 😉
First test on spin jerky motor, second test after checking board no motor, relay clicks but no life. 152v to brushes when relay clicks, board innit??
Customer wants a report for Argos (bought 13 months ago :rolls: ), quoted sale of goods act and they have said they might pay for repair if its a manufacturing fault 😯 .

PCB, PCB, PCB and possibly, PCB?

Typical – they’ve bought it cheap after the collapse, now the want to do SOGA. Personally, I wouldn’t get involved….

I have been to one like this

Personally I learnt to get the hell out of it quickly.

My customer told me that argos would pay the parts on talking to the company who gave me the call said customer will have to pay parts. After numerous amounts ofphone call before I even get there seems customer was trying to get one over on argos over the 5 year parts warranty sticker on machine.

Needless to say call was cancelled very quickly.
