    Hello

I recently purchased a Beko TZDA629FS Frost Free Upright Freezer installed in garage worked good for first week but i now notice inside Temp is -30 all the time I was wondering was this anything to do with the recent low temps or is it bust allready

    Thanks

    Hi

Yep it does seem like it is probably the case, article here should explain why the problem arises.

Thanks for reply I read that article but I would have thought with low ambient temp it would be easier to freeze and why does it just not stop freezing at -18 and continue to freeze down to -30

Also this model is climate class sn so I thought it would br O/k ???

    Hi

Another thread from last week on this very topic, SN class requires ambient temp of +10 to +32 degrees C in order to perform correctly.
