Hi, a customer has emailed me with the following info;
The door lock led and the spin led (#4) are flashing.
The machine sounds as though it is taking in water, and also makes a noise as if the motor is trying to turn the drum.The belt is in place and appears to be fine.
Does this ring any bells with anyone?
