RS21 compressor problem

    Hi, Englishman living in Norway. Here we have a 3phase delta supply, and a couple of days ago 1 phase went…leaving the F/F taking “shared” power from heaters etc on the other 2 phases…I guess it was probably around 120-180V? Never thought about the fridge as the display was still working. Noticed ater that the freezer was at -10C, and rising!
    Anyway, now the compressor won’t start up. The thermal trip goes after a few seconds. Wondering if it could the the PTC relay/trip/capacitor (hoping it’s NOT the compressor!). Relay measures 36.2 Ohms at ambient.

    Can I buy these part(s) from you IF you think it could be one or more of them?
