    Hi,

    the fridge part of my fridge/freezer is freezing food and drinks. It appears that the fridge is on all the time. I have to turn it off.

    However, when I turn it back on I am not convinced that it returns to its behaviour straightaway as it can be another day or two before the food freezes again.

    I have checked the motor and it isn’t running hot.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi,

    Sounds like a classic thermostat failure.

    There are two versions (at least) of that machine so you’d be best to send a mail to Dave using this page with all the details to ensure you get the right thermostat.
