Dishwasher fill valve

Hello, I would be grateful to receive advice.

Machine filled drip tray so I cleaned out, checked both pumps are clear, removed and cleaned clear plastic “water labyrinth” (don’t know what to call it) on LH of machine and re assembled. The float clicks on/off altering the pump noise as it clicks but still no water enters. I have consequently removed fill valve. The diaphragm is intact and bellowsin/out when blown into. When the solenoid is connected to 240v it hums but there is no movement or click observed.

Should I suppose that this is faulty?
