Would like some info on how to dismantle the door of my Creda Europa 48105 double oven (i.e. the door of the main oven) in order to replace the door catch. Does the door need to be removed entirely from the oven (if so how) or can it be partially dismantled to gain access (again if so how)? Thanks.

Slacken, but do not release, the two screws for the top hinge. You should be able to lift it and release the door. The inner and outer door are held by four screws, two at the top and two at the bottom of the door, IIRC.

Re: Creda Europa 48105 door catch

    Hi
I had the same task to do, replace a broken door catch on the same oven, Creda Europa 48105. But unfortunately I have completely released the top two screws on the top hinge. How do I now proceed to reattach the top hinge? Any help/advice would be more than welcome.
    Many thanks in advance.
