    Anyone know what E34 is on the AW23?

    All the E3- codes relate to temperature, 34 isn’t listed.

    Any error code I’ve had to date has been cleared by pressing and holding the start button, then turning the dial back to off and starting again.

    I have already reset it but it came back with the same code on the following wash.

    Will go out today and check heater, NTC etc…

    Bazza what was the out come of your code?

    I had the same code this week, Heater OC, removed it to find scaled up 😮

    Less than 12 mths :rolls:

    We do have a hard water problem, customer has done boil washes as it states and what i told him but forgot the descale every month.
    Element looked like it had been in there for years 😯

    My fault was a wire broken off the heater.
