    brushes worn on out they are fixed to a brush ring and are not detachable contacted qualtex hoping to buy complete assembly they say you have to buy motor 120pound +vat any one know if there is is a cheaper option or is it case of cut some brushes to fit 😥

    You can dismantle the motor and take out the brushes and match up to others around, there is a Bosch set that fit but I cannot remember the part or model No.

    thanks for advice i have split motor the copper leads on the brushes are moulded to the ring what method do use to re attatch and trying to re assemble looks hard to take tension of brushes to stop them fouling armature

    thanks for part number just snip and crimp then why didnt i think of that
