Scandinova CF105C

Hi,we have had a scandinova CF105C for while now and it has started to ice up around the top left part of the lid,checking around the hinges i found the area where the hinge screws to on the lid is cracked which stops the lid closing properly on that side,i probably need a new lid or a lid from a “scrap” unit,does anyone know where i might find one,the rest of the unit works perfectly and is in great condition so it would be a shame to have to get rid for that reason.any repair hints would also be welcome.
