During a converstion with a customer today on the phone I was asked what was the price of the ISE 10, after advising the customer of price they then went on to talk about other ISE appliances generally which I was happy to entertain, then without warning the customer then states that the ISE pricing is a bit odd !!! then they promtly tell me the trade price excuding VAT !!! ??
How the hell would they know that ?? my suspicion is that another agent has told them which is well handy for the rest of us trying to promote ISE
How else would they know such a thing ?
