    Hi have a call to go to in the morn for the above m/c the complaint is when they open the door of m/c when its running a spark comes from the bottom of m/c and trips the fuse board Im thinking door seal any other ideas?

    Hi Mate, the wiring loom runs from the pcb at the top down to the bottom, it will be that loom that gets trapped at the bottom as you open the door

    Hi Jackster you were right it had got caught on the door and the copper wire was exposed and so causing the tripping when the door opened.
