now thats just plain wrong
obviously, the machine is not fit for purpose if you cant put a candle under it to defrost it
i recommend that under the sales of goods act that he sues the manufacturer, gets a new machine… then sues the candlemaker for the ensuing flood and of course get a new garage out of it
not to mention compensation for lost time,some new candles, and of course the water bill, which will undoubtedly be higher cos of the flood
since there was no actual mention on either product about NOT using the candle as a source of heat, then surely hes within his legal rights and seek legal advice immediately
hed probably get it too
