During a 40deg wash cycle on my Bosch WFT2800, it intermittently stops early in the cycle, and the front display panel shows the following info:-

Pre wash indicator light lit ( no pre wash on original selected cycle)
    Anti crease indicator light flashing
3 minutes showing on the led display.
To reset , i have to switch off the machine and re start the cycle, which seems to work, but the above fault seems to be occurring on a more frequent basis.
Any thoughts or advice on the above would be most welcome.

    Cheers

You have a problem with the water coming into the appliance – ‘3’ in the display indicates a fill time out.

You will need to be looking at your incoming water pressure , both hot and cold , maybe checking the filters in the hose connections where they connect to the machine. Failing this , you may have a faulty valve on the valve assembly.

If you’re handy with a multimeter , you could check the valves for resistance – approx 3.6 to 4.5kohms – Open circuit on one of these valves would mean a replacement valve set.

    POWER OFF IF TESTING/INVESTIGATING

    Hi
Thanks for the reply, i will check the pipes and filters for blockages, then i suppose its the valves if that fails.
    Cheers
