ModeratorAre the error codes on these shown as E** or P**?
Just had a customer on the phone complaining of no spin, I suspect OOB.
I asked him to try it on spin only with no clothes and he says the display is showing P02. πHe has cleared that by holding in the Start/Pause button and is now hopefully trying out a spin cycle then reporting back.
I had one a few weeks back showing P08 which I was told was programme 8. P08

In all honesty Jim, I don’t know as I’ve never looked at it.
I would have assumed that the P was Program and the E was Error.

Its an odd one. I have not actually seen a P code, only spoken over the phone to two customers.
Can’t see the spin programme being P02 though?
Wondering if it is the previous programme that has not been cancelled or completed as a long reset seems to shift it. π
He did ring back to say it was now working fine. 8)

I have recieved this from a reliable source.
This is from Amica relating P codes so should relate to the AW23.
Regarding error codes βPβ, my colleague tells me itβs not an error, but an info message to state that the control knob has been moved accidentally (ie set on a different program during washing). The washer will continue to wash based on the original program it started on, but then has to be reset before the next wash or the washer wonβt work. Needless to say we will be updating our instructions as this was not included (??!!).
This in Amica manual relating to the P codes.
Signalling the change of the programme selector
If the present position of the knob is different than the recently remembered program, the βPxxβ symbol is indicated on the time display, where xx means the number of the remembered programe. If the position of the knob and the number of the remembered programmed are correct, the time left till the end of the wash is shown on the display.
