    Hi guys.

    Had a call to above dishwasher today,customer said her dad opened the door whilst the machine was working and since then it won`t function.

    I thought it would be a easy reset problem but no joy…….whatever I do it will not reset.
    Put on rinse prog,it empties then fills but after a couple of minutes it beeps and goes dead.
    The two indicators to the right of the selector flash but with door open or closed it will not reset.

    Any suggestions.

    You may have an E7 fault ( see the Diplomat thread in this forum ) or try clearing the air break supply hose from the sump, it might be full of crap, if not the door lock may have turned over and is closed, check the facia panel isn’t broken as well by the door lock.
