Hello,
I would like info on the Hoover OPH714D that i have just purchased.
We have found it to be very noisy while spinning and the drum has a bend in it so when it spins it wobbles is this normal. I would like any feed back on this product please

is it on the front lip? or on the drum body itself
it should be reasonably symmetrical
is it new ?
