I think this ones a servis in disguise, (I dont have the model number etc yet).
Basically customer claims the door came open on its own midwash, apparently they’ve Since started it up & doesn’t seem to over fill (they didn’t let it complete the cycle just incase)
Any ideas before i go?

Probably overloaded and started jumping about on rinses (spins between rinses).
Yes it is a Serivs/Merloni, many different versions though so correct model number and serial number will be required, they tend to get blocked on sump hose which has a air tube to pressure switch which can cause overfilling as well.
