Hi I have a call tomor on the above washing m/c the prob is that its leaking water somewhere and when the customer does a white wash the clothes look like they have an oil stain.This is my first top loader so any help would be appreciated on firstly where to look and secondly how to take the m/c apart to get to it.

hi tom top and front come off to reveal most working parts.
top has 2 clips about 9cm in from outer edge this will alow you to hinge the top back .then there is two 8mm bolts to take off the front.But it sounds like you have a gearbox leakand you need special tool to take that apart ,not for the faint harted!A good site to go on is http://www.partadvantage.com hope this helps mike.
