what is being washed?
could it be an out of balance load? ie 1 or 2 large items?

It didnt run out of balance while i was there, but i cant comment on when the customer did a wash. As i wasnt there. She didnt report that it did.
I did although, put the pile of wet clothes ( from the alledged non spin fault ) back in the machine, and it again spun ok for me.
The load i re-introduced appeared to be a normal load..ie socks, shirts underwear and the like….Nothing i would call abnormal !!!February 3, 2010 at 9:16 pm #310788SparkyP

Hi alsplumbing,
Have you checked the wires on the pressostat? The two double backed ones can cause a problem on spin..they are a double black and a double grey…….the single red is always ok………inspect them carefully as they are behind a sheath and very hard to see if one connection is loose……also make sure the backplate seal is not leaking causing water to drip onto motor which will cause no spin…….if you tried it, it might have dried out and spun for you……
