Fair warning though, I have found out to my peril recently that what shipping companies say/promise and what is actually delivered often differs. Doesn’t matter whether it’s finished goods or spares, they always seem to c**k it up somehow.

All we can do is pass on the most up to date and as reliable information as we have available.

In other words…

Don’t bet your house on it but, best indications are that, yes, they will be in on that date. But do bear in mind that they may take another 2-5 days to reach you depending on when you hit the delivery schedule and where you are.

Best bet is to drop David an email and he’ll get it on the system for you as soon as possible.

Sorry, I’m a bit “down” on deliveries the past few months due to continual errors which have bog all to do with us but make us look (and feel) like a bunch of idiots.
