Been out to one of the above today. Customer reports
very poor wash results and suspecting it wasn’t heating.
1’st thing I did was run it on the quick wash to check if it was heating up and indeed it was.
The top spray arn doesn’t seem to move even though the jets are clean and the bearing is perfect. The lower arm seems to move although the customer has complained its not washing well at the bottom either.
I took the top basket out completley to listen for the thundering sound of water hitting the inner door and there was nothing.
The dishwasher sounds like its alternating the water between the upper and lower decks as I could hear it changing every few secconds while washing.
I have a feeling it could be to do with the valve on the heater unit. Never had to do this one before.
Anyone got any ideas please?

Underfilling….. Lid off, left hand side off, door outer off, kick board and lower cover plate off. Remove transfer hose, fill matrix and pressure/fill chamber. Clean hose and pressure/fill chamber thoroughly. Enough water should then enter the machine to allow it to wash properly.

Thanks Chris, but the water level in the dishwasher is ok. I have been out to 3 integrated bosch dishwashers so far this week and they all had the same water level. I made a point of checking this after I read your reply to my post. There is a seam on the tub and it fills just about level with that as id the others I have been out to. The others had pump blockages.
