Hi I replaced water valve to above in October and cleaned condenser at same time. Customer has been back on saying steam escaping from soap drawer again. Any more pointers appreciated. Cheers Paul.

to my knowledge you are not going to stop all steam escaping from any washer dryer
am assuming its a cold kitchen so steam is more visablebut if you look at the mechanics all are a closed circuit air goes round in a circle. if any escapes then more air has to go in otherwise you would get a vacuum. since i assume there is no way the air can get in other than the way it is getting out then then the drum is breathing
i would talk to bosch customer services as if you are an owner see whet they say
