    went to this motor sounds like ther worn an strugglin to spin with load in, try on a d wash. fills starts to adjutate then valves open at same tlme for split second an fills, everytime it turns weird can worn brushes cause this ? or somethin more sinister at fault ie board? tips guys

    Have had the one where worn brushes caused it to do exactly that during spin.

    Worn brushes/armature/general motor earth leakage will generate electrical noise and cause the pcb to do spurious things.
