been to this went into diagnostic came up as fan faulty change fan .customer rang bach saying fridge still same temp at 15 ,any help pls

check
new fan is running
is evap getting enough ice
is evap defo heater faulty evap will over freeze ??

if all this is ok check drain hole heater , the little pink wires that go down drain corrode >> this leaves the fridge on defo mode ..
