    Dryer fan is very noisy. Looked at parts list and it appears that the fan assembly is a complete ( expensive ) unit.

    Is it possible to split these to work on the fan?

    I’ve changed the bearings on some of the old ones – cheap enough if you’ve got the time to source the teeny weeny bearings.

    It looks like a sealed unit from the top though, no sign of any screws, sounds more like a plastic fan catching than bearings TBH. Its only 20 months old and is lightly used.
