I went out to a call the other day to an extractor hood which has had the motor fail.Had a quick look yep bastard job by the look of it .So i said to the customer can you get it down and when the motor arives ill fit it . Couple of day later i ring up and what luck the builders had just turned up. i arrive half and hour later at the call enough time i thought for them .what a surprize when i walk in there they are bending it in all dirctions.Customer say cuppa .I said yep as they look like there struggling and i could be there a little longer i also stated to the customer in front of them better check the other applaince just in case .They give me a bad stair when i said could i have ther number so when i go to there other jobs ill call them. Glare got worse

so all builders install properly you never Know when you get a recall he he he lol all the best steve and all engineers this is a good tip why should we spend an hour getting them out they install them done this a couple of times now CUSTOMER WILL GLADY RANT AT THEM AS WELL
