    Put it on rapid wash 30 mins. Works ok washes , heats then at end it drains off then keeps draining until error beep comes on. It flashes 4 times that says in the book page 18 F4 Draining Failure.
    It is draining out quickly, there is no water in base.
    Any suggestions please.

    see this previous post from penguin it suggests its fatty deposits in the black grid microswitch pot, seem to remember you have to take base plate off to access.

    Hi Mike,
    just for future, I use a large syringe with boiling hot water to flush out the black grill(optical sensor).
