Hpt sdw60, changed pcb for heating fault, whatever I do it is stuck
on test mode. Have tried the advice on the leaflet that comes with
    new board. Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.

btw Anyone know what causes no heat on these?
    Is it thermister?

    Re: Bit100 stuck on test

The thermistor is only a temp sensor, no heat on these is either a duff heater or PCB ( relay)95{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the time.

Did you check the heater first, if not and the original fault is still on the machine the new PCB will not come out of factory test mode. You will have to refit old module, trace fault and fix, then refit new PCB. You should also check the wiring to the heater in case there is a break.

Also a couple of different PCB’s for these machines.

    Jim.

    Thanks Jim,
    Already checked all above, and
machine does heat in test mode. Just wont
come out of test. I know there are 2 boards,
and Connect are sposed to have sorted correct
    one by serial number.

    thanks Jim.

What is the serial number and full model number, its not an SDW60C is it.

I suppose you could have a faulty new board as well. 😥

    Cheers Iadom,
    It is exactly an SDW60,
Will check the c bit and serial number and repost.

meanwhile thanks for your help folks.
