Haier / Hec washers

    Hi

    Any one done a bearing change on one of these yet, if so whats involved?

    a lot of graft

    everything off, tub out the top, split and just change bearings

    cheap parts too

    nearly everyone ive done, ive pushed the bearing into place with my thumb , theyre that bad 😐

    That’ll be the Chinese version of the interference fit.. the non interference fit.. velly good. :rolls:

    regarding the fit – we LIGHTLY dimple the shaft with a centre punch .

    While on a haier course was told to order everything for the hec haus models as it’s easier to make up complete tub prior to visit I beleive the 1200 & 1400 spin machines are alot easier to do as you can take the fronts off but the hec is through the top
