Wondered if any one can help
Ive just moved into a new house and the intergrated Fridge freezer tower is not freezing properly in the freezer section. This is due to a 4mm gap at the top of the door. I can close the door but it springs back out.

the seal seems fine (intact) I went looking for replacement parts and noticed as well as the door seal there is something called a magnetic door seal. I couldnt see where this is fitted on the door at all. Though it would make sense if it was this that was broken and not holding the door shut.

Also I notice that the freezer section has not been bracketed to the cupboard door (although the brackets are their. I tried to fix this be screwing the bracket to the freezer but it looks like either the holes in the freezer door are incorrectly sited or the bracket is incorectly sited.

I need ideas on how to fix this as I dont fncy replacing the whole thing. Im not sure how to contact for these type of repairs/ spares.

    thanks
    Sam

Does it have a decor door fitted to the front of the appliance ? It may be that the F/F has moved back slightly in its housing and the decor door is holding the actual freezer door off the casing.

Also make sure you take all the freezer drawers out when testing just in case they’re causing the problem.
