Hi, can’t find a similar problem via searching. Our dishwasher (new to property, suspect 2004 fitted) worked for 2 weeks Ok then draining quality lowered and a leak started. Opened up and seemed clear, but there was some crunching on restart. Now it drains extremely well. The catch is it wont stop draining, reset appears to work, and after a minute end of programme buzzer even sounds, but door open or closed the pump is still running and refuses to stop nor start another programme as long as the machine is powered.

    Any ideas anyone?

Many thanks Penguin, searched on that and see the threads I failed to find earlier .

I’ve had extensive experience with tumble dryers, but an integrated dishwasher is more daunting. I assume from inspection that I’m unscrewing the unit from the underside of the worktop which will then release it to slide forward a bit on its three feet, though the two flex pipes look to have little extra. Can’t see what the access is to the base (partly as I havent figured out how to unhook the folding plinth attached under the door), Am I literally unscrewing a base cover, removing, emptying cleaning and replacing?

Any help or pointers to previous threads would be hugely appreciated, I’m much happier with a simple tumble dryer and feel out of my depth right now!!

Best access is by removing the side panels, so you’ll have to disconnect the fill and drain hoses.

Power off and tip the machine to one side is the easiest way of draining it.
