Hi guys, I hope you can help me fix my parents Neff oven.

It’s about 25 years old, and the details from the magic plate on the front are as follows

    GB-1058 33HCS
    195303774

I have replaced a burnt out element on the main oven, but am still getting no heat. (The small bottom oven / grill is OK)

When I turn on the oven control knob, the yellow ‘ON’ lamp lights, but the red ‘HEAT’ lamp remains dark but the fan spins.

I am guessing thermostat, but need to know which one.

The original thermostat fitted to end of the the main oven control knob, has the following numbers on it: 55.13049.02 – 8412

Any pointers in the direction of the right part would be great

    Many thanks for you assistance

    R

Very good company, excellent phone support.

Bit late I know…guess they have a new one by now eh?! 🙂

Still, for your future oven efforts…

I know it is an old thread but there is nothing there to suggest anything else. Could be an employee, but until such time I am proved otherwise the OP gets the benefit of the doubt.
