I see there have been some issues with shox but has anyone come across this problem? A quick inspection revealed the suspension seems very stiff to my mind (enough to make me take the lid off to check all the transit packing is clear!), no fault codes are produced and the cycle completes correctly, the cabinet is level and stable, the floor is tile over concrete, but according to the customer its a bit lumpy on the spin and it had certainly moved position on the floor..
Is this a known issue?
