I have a Hygena Select dishwasher which has suddenly developed a leak. After investigating I found the problem to be on the side bottom water reservoir. It has pre drilled air holes which at specific times in the wash cycle overflow , and a jet of water flows out.
Obviously this was something I could not fix , so called the experts in. He found the water escape route , but could not understand why it was happening. Therefore no fix.
He presumed it was some kind of air lock problem but could not detect this.
The only hygena web site is in French and no englilsh translations.
Where do i basically go from here?
There are many MFI service agents who view this site, if you pop you’re post code in a reply, someone should be able to assist further. Without the model number is is difficult to help much further with a cause but the likelehood is it is a Smeg made dishwasher and will probably have a blockage somewhere.
