    I’m thinking of buying a new PAT tester. Do they come with calibration certificates or do you have to have that done?

    you usually need to order them at the same time as you buy the tester. Often a without and with price is quoted. Hard to believe they would sell one new uncalibrated but thats how it seems to work.

    Anyone got a good company to repair/calibrate these as seems Celtek have hibernated. Thanks

    I’m now told that they are calibrated at the factory but don’t come with certification. It should therefore be OK to use it for 12 months before getting it calibrated.
