    Need to release side tank, but unable to remove inner tub locking nut to tank, can someone advise me as to undo this, does this unscrew or pull off..tried to unscrew but didnt budge..dont want to damage tank.. thanks Jonn.

    It does unscrew in the normal way. use a slotted screwdriver and a hammer to knock it around. No one will notice the groove you have cut into its rim once its back together.
