I have a Miele T7644C condensor that is leaking from the rear. It appears to be from the condensor housing and bottom of the heater cover. There maybe a blockage in the drain to the pump but cant get into it to check or clear it. There is also water condensing in the heater cover. How do i get into drain to check for blockage, is it full strip down or is there an easier way?

Remove the rear service panel fixing screw.
Remove the rear service panel and release the hose from the service panel.
Disconnect the power plug from the condensate pump (M13) and the condensate float switch (B8/7) connection.
Disconnect the hose from the condensate pump.
Release the condensate pump retainer and remove the condensate pump (M13) and float switch (B8/7).Empty out container LED lights up Condensate container is full.
With direct drainage of condensate: Condensate drain blocked or kinked. Condensate cannot be pumped off.
Condensate pump defective.
Level switch (B8/7) short-circuited. Also check a drain hole behind the condensor might be blocked with fluff?

4.1 Lid removal

Remove the screw caps.Note:
The lid is fitted with clamps which secure it to the casing frame.Loosen the lid screws by approx. 5 turns. Press the screws in to release the retaining clips.
Note:
The screws should not be removed completely.Lift the lid at the front, slide it to the rear and remove it.
Lid fitting: The lid is fitted by following these instructions in reverse order. Ensure the retaining clips engage properly.4.2 Front panel removal
Condenser dryer: Remove the condensate water container.
Remove the lid, see Lid removal.
Remove the door, see Door removal.
Remove the fascia panel upwards from the front panel.Fig. 2
Remove the front panel fixing screws.
Remove the front panel.4.3 Side panel removal
Condenser dryer: Remove the condensate water container.
Remove the lid, see Lid removal.
Remove the fascia panel upwards from the front panel.
Remove the door, see Door removal.

Remove the side panel fixing screws.
Remove the side panel.Note:
Side panel fitting: Check that the side panel holder is located correctly.

Thanks for the help, but the blockage seems to be in the drain between the drain hole and the pump housing which is all sealed as far as i can tell. (drain hole is full to brim, pump housing is pretty much empty)
Is there a way to clear the blockage without the use of a large hammer? Cheers..Re: Miele T7644C Condensor leaking
If it’s the base it will be sealed. Sometimes you can use a syringe with a piece of pressure hose on feed it in from drain pump side (take drain pump out 1st) and drain it out and watch the fluff/blockage come out but you have to keep doing it.I also usually pull the heat exchanger/condenser out and keep pouring water into the drain from there so when the water starts to run clear i know the blockage has gone hope this makes sense and helps.
