Participanti have never liked QER but i sometimes have to send a dishwasher board to them.
i had a diplomat board repaired in october 2009, there was a label on it from QER with the date october 2009.
its went faulty again so i sent it back to them and surprise surprise when it gets to QER th labels gone.
they say they didnt repair it in october 2009, however the good news is that its not faulty, but they want to charge me a testing fee of 75percent of the repair cost.
i cant see how they justify that if it isnt faulty.
and they wont send it back to me until i pay upfront.February 23, 2010 at 11:23 pm #312936iadom

Customer care was not brilliant in my experience it must be said 🙁 A shame ‘cos a little competition in this field would benefit us all i would think 😉

How can 708 ebayers be wrong. 🙂

Perhaps a PM to QER from you all would be a good start.

We used to use em for microwave board repairs and never had a problem with them.
that was a while back though.

We have had a few of this 75{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} charge with NFF, think its a bit exspensive.
The last one we got back last week, a Servis board, no spin.
Sheet attached says NFF but, they sent me back a different board with a number of wires soldered onto it and not to well ??WHY if there is NFF did they not send the original board back?
I would stop using them now if I could but EMW (who are far better and more resonable) dont do a lot of boards.
